Nothing is more unsettling than a roof leaking during a storm, or a slow leak you did not know about until the ceiling stained. We are a phone call away, with 24-hour emergency service, and we fix the reason the roof failed: the flashing, the shingle, the valley, the boot around the vent.

Not every roof needs replacing. If yours is in good shape we tell you so, fix the problem and leave. If it is past saving we price a replacement on the spot, with financing as low as $99 a month. Either way you get a straight answer from a licensed roofer who has seen a few thousand Boston roofs.

My roof is leaking right now. What do I do?

Call (781) 874-0095. We run 24-hour emergency service. Put a bucket under the drip, keep away from any sagging ceiling, and we will get the roof dried in and come back to make the real repair.

Repair or replace?

If the roof has life left we repair it. If the shingles are curling, bald or past 20 years across the whole roof, a repair is money thrown at a roof you will replace soon anyway. We look at it at the free estimate and tell you which.

Do you do flat roofs?

Yes: rubber, tar and gravel and roof coatings, on homes and commercial buildings.

Will you work with my insurance company?

For storm, wind or hail damage, yes. We document the damage and give you what the adjuster needs.
